About these terms

These terms apply when you use SpareCrow, whether you are looking for a part or run a shop that sells them. By using SpareCrow you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What SpareCrow does

SpareCrow helps you find who sells a spare part or supply in Zambia. It shows shops and suppliers that are likely to have what you need, and it can contact them on your behalf.

SpareCrow does not sell parts. Any purchase is between you and the shop: the shop is responsible for the part, its price, its quality, delivery and returns.

Listings

Many listings are put together from shops' own public websites and open directories. We check them before they appear, but details such as stock, prices, hours and contacts can change or be wrong. Please confirm with the shop before you travel or pay.

Showing a shop on SpareCrow does not mean we recommend it or vouch for it.

Using SpareCrow fairly

Use SpareCrow only for lawful purposes and give true information. Don't send spam or abuse through it, pretend to be someone else, copy its listings in bulk, or try to break, overload or get around its protections.

We may limit or stop access for anyone who misuses the service.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

For shops and suppliers

If you add or claim a listing, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that business, and you agree to keep its details accurate. You can ask us to change or remove your listing at any time.

Adding or claiming a listing is free. We may introduce paid plans for shops in future; if we do, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to take one.

Our responsibility

We work to keep SpareCrow accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always find a part or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from dealings between buyers and shops, or from information shops provide. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Zambian law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as SpareCrow grows, and we change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Questions? Write to hello@sparecrow.com.
